The annex is a classic tudor style building adjacent to the backpackers (with direct access) housing six two bedroom flats. Accommodation in the annex is rented out on either a nightly or longer term weekly basis by the room or by the entire flat. The building offers more privacy than the hostel side with an added bonus of the use of all the hostel facilities and the same prime location just off the famous Florida Rd. The flats are fully furnished, each with a lounge area, a self catering kitchen and a toilet shower. They are all serviced daily. The views range from Florida Road to 9th avenue to tekweni to the city to the sea and as far off as Durban's bluff. Each is bright and airy with its own special atmosphere.
